Plants Waste Disposal Ordinance.

Article 1 establishes that waste of plants shall be disposed of only in compliance with the present Ordinance. Article 3 decrees that in general it is prohibited to burn waste resulting from plants. However there are some exceptions – inter alia - if the amount of waste is rather small. In such a case the incineration shall have to be reported to the local police at least three days before .
