Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 27 September 1994 (BGBl. I p. 2705). Article 1 establishes that plant waste must be disposed of in compliance with the provisions of the present Ordinance. Article 3 specifies that in general it is prohibited to burn waste outside waste disposal plants. There are, however, some exceptions such as, for example, if the amount of waste is rather small. In such a case the incineration shall have to be reported to the local police at least three days before. The text consists of 5 articles.
