These Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Plant Variety Rights Regulations 1988 by substituting subclause (1) of regulation 5 with a new subclause which reduces the quantity of seed to be provided for testing by the Plant Variety Rights Office.
