These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Plant Variety Rights Regulations 1988 by inserting a new regulation 5A which requires applications for the registration of new plant varieties to be accompanied by appropriate colour photographs.
