Abstract

This Act makes certain changes to the procedure for applying for the granting of plant variety rights, in particular to the accompanying material and documentation to be submitted together with the application. Minor amendments are also made to section 8 of the principal Act on Inspection of applications and to section 16 on cancellation of grants.
