These Rules provide for the requirements to be satisfied for plant qauarantine. The Rules consist of 10 Chapters: Stations, Points of Entry and Checkposts (I); Import of Plants and Seeds for Propagation (II); Import of Plant Products (III); Import of Soil (IV); Import of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (V); Import of Plant Pests (VI); Export Inspection Regulation (VII); Fees for Services, Inspection and Treatment (VIII); Penalties and Fines (IX); Miscellaneous Provisions (X).
