These regulations enter into force on 21 June 2017.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 5 sections completed by two Schedules, provide for fees and charges payable by carriers, for requesting certificates of release from quarantine places and for applications under the Act. The Regulations further provide for offences under the Act in respect of which infringement notices may be issued. Schedules specify Fees and Charges Payable by Carriers and on Certificate of Release; General Fees and Charges; as well as Infringement Offences.
