These Regulations enter into force on 31 March 1981.
Abstract

These Regulations stipulate the requirements which must be met for the importation of plants, plant products, growing media/rooting compost, beneficial organisms, plant pests and carrier of plant pests into Malaysia in order to prevent the entry and spread of noxious plants and pests.
