Abstract

These Regulations make provision with respect to fees to be levied in respect of plant quarantine services carried out under the Plant Quarantine Act or subsidiary legislation. Fees are prescribed for, among other things: heat sterilisation; fumigation; cold storage and other treatments; inspection and clearance; and post-entry quarantine.
