A person shall not acquire, stock, sell and operate a chemical preparation that contains Andrin, Aldrin and/or Dieldrin. The director of the Plant Protection Department can authorize a producer to keep Andrin, Aldrin and Dieldrin and in special cases to make use of seeds containing Andrin if: (1) the authorization is personal.
