Abstract

This Regulation gives definitions and makes provisions for the limitation of Andrin, Aldrin and Dieldrin pesticides use. A person shall not acquire, stock, sell and operate a chemical preparation that contains Andrin, Aldrin and/or Dieldrin. The director of the Plant Protection Department can authorize a producer to keep Andrin, Aldrin and Dieldrin and in special cases to make use of seeds containing Andrin if: (1) the authorization is personal. (2) the director will appoint the stocking place, quantity, targets, percentage, places and time for use.
