The holder of wheat, for which there is a suspition of it being infected with the Claviceps Pupurea disease, shall immediately advise the Plants Supervisor or the Plant Protection Department. Had the plants supervisor decided that wheat is infected, a written note shall be delivered to the holder that: (1) will not make use of the wheat for sowing purposes; (2) will not pass the wheat to another unless wheat has been treated by an authorized service.
