Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) deals with the handing of an appeals request to the appeals committee. Sections (3) to (5) deal with the filling, the signing and the documents to attach to the appealing request. Sections (6) to (9) define that the Pest-Control Committee shall respond to the appeals committee, within 15 days from request handing date and the appeals committee will forward the response to the appealer. Section (10) had appealer and pest-control committee renounced to pronounce their plea in front of the appeals committee; the committee can express its resolution on the basis of the documentation in its possession. Section (11) a date shall be appointed for a hearing had the appealer and/or the pest-control committee expressed the will to expose their plea, or had the chairman of the appeals committee decided to invite the parties for a hearing. Section (12) deals with counter-inquiry for the parties. Section (13) deals with the appeals hearing; the committee will hear the appealer first and may consent him to respond after hearing the second party. Sections (14) to (15) had a party not been present on a hearing, the appeals committee can decide to postpone the hearing or to continue with hearing without the party. Sections (16) to (17) deal with the appeals committee procedures and its resolutions; The resolutions shall be given on a majority basis and will be signed by the chairman and committee members; a copy of the resolution shall be mailed to the appealer and to the Pest-Control Committee.
