The General director of the Ministry of Agriculture has the power to prohibit or regulate the planting or processing, on the land and for the period, of those cereals listed in the notification that shall be placed for public view. A person shall operate according to these notifications for the periods prescribed in it. The general director of the Ministry of Agriculture or his delegate can enter on land and operate with those means to persuade a transgressor to align himself to the notification. Full text Hebrew
