Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, which sets out the instruments that amend Council Directive 91/414/EEC, is amended by the insertion of the entries set out in the various Parts of the Schedule to these Regulations, which list additional Directives that add one or more further active substances to Annex I of the Council Directive. As a consequence, the list of active substances which can be used in products capable of being approved under regulations 5 and 6 of the 2005 Regulations for placing on the market and use is extended accordingly.
