Abstract

These Rules stipulate that no potatoes of the Bernadette and or Petra varieties shall be growth or moved into any of the areas specified i the Schedule. Any person who contravenes the provisions of rule 2 shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months.
