Abstract

An Ordinance to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms into plants and plant products. In particular, it deals with registration of plants and requirements for a phytosanitary certificate. The official recognition of an area without harmful organisms is specified in Part 3. Furthermore, issues such as importation from and exportation to third countries are treated, as well as exceptions and fees. The Ordinance consists of 18 articles divided into 5 Parts. Five Annexes are joined.
