Abstract This Law regulates the protection of plants from diseases, pests and weeds, including various control issues, necessary plant health requirements for the internal and international markets, further defining the duties of all parts, production and trade plant protection rules and principles to be observed on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, including the rules for the correct and controlled use of plant protection products (with a regard on environment and nature).
