Abstract

This Order, made under the Plant Protection Act 1997, provides rules for the exportation of kava. An application for the authorization to export kava may be made to the Vanuatu Quarantine and Inspection Service. An exporter of kava, dried kava or kava-related products shall pay a specified fee to the Vanuatu Quarantine and Inspection Service.
