Abstract

This Order lists the articles exempted from the requirement for a permit under section 3 of the Plant Protection Act, including but not limited to: herbs and spices, oats and maize produced from multi method processing/sterilization/cooking; flour and industrial products made of cereal, (vegetable, wheat, legume, maize, peas, beans, oil seeds and oleaginuos fruits); rice; nuts/ground nuts; animal feed produced from multi method processing; and roasted coffee beans.
