Abstract

This Order of the Minister, made under section 4A(a) and (d) of the Plant Protection Act, declares Mycosphaerella fijiensis (Black Sigatoka) disease to be a notifiable disease and defines the boundaries of the area infected with the Black Sigatoka disease.
