Abstract

This Order applies to the controlled area as described in the Schedule. No plant material, goods or craft suspected of carrying the quarantine pest Achatina fulica is to be moved out of the controlled area and any movement of plant material, goods or craft from the controlled area shall be authorized by an officer of the Vanuatu Quarantine and Inspection Service. Illegal movement shall be an offence under section 22 of the Plant Protection Act.
