Abstract

The aim of this Order is to prevent the introduction of Pink Mealy Bug/Hibiscus Mealy Bug in Dominica. It prohibits the importation of plants, parts of plants or fruit from States specified in this Order or other legislation. Authorized officers may seize and destruct products imported contrary to this Order.
