Abstract

This Act provides the plant health requirements and the bases for ensuring the safety of plant protection products for human and animal health and the environment, and regulates the organization of plant health protection. For the purpose of the present Act, a plant product is unprocessed or primarily processed material of plant origin which is non-viable but may spread pests.
