Abstract

These Regulations require every person who grows or cultivates dahlia tubers for sale and every person who sells dahlia tubers to apply each year for registration of his/her premises. Every person who has registered his premises in terms of regulation 2 shall keep a register, in the form prescribed in the Schedule, of all sales of dahlia tubers made by him/her. An inspector may (a) destroy or order by notice in writing the destruction of any plant infested or appearing to be infested with kromnek; or (b) by notice in writing order the destruction of any plants for the purpose of preventing or controlling attacks by, or the spread of, kromnek in the manner specified in regulation 4.
