Abstract These Regulations, consising of 40 sections divided into five Parts and completed by three Schedules, implement the Plant Health Act 2008 by imposing requirements in relation to the introduction into the territory of a specified plant or plant-related material for the control of a declared pest. Plant or plant-related material introduced into the Territory must be accompanied by a government certificate or assurance certificate as provided for in the text.
