Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Plant Health Act 2009 by providing specifications on the packaging and labelling of fruit, vegetables and nuts for sale; identification and labelling of plants sold for propagation; accreditation of persons; registration of importers; fees; etc.
