This Act was proclaimed and came into force September 2, 2003.
Abstract

The Act concerns inspections and related actions to be taken in order to protect plant health in the territory of New Brunswick. The Act covers the designation and powers of inspectors and regulates their activities. It contains provisions on quarantine and the removal from quarantine, the transportation of infested plants and requirement to treat.
