Abstract

These Regulations prescribe fees for purposes of the Plant and Fruit Diseases Act 1959. Fees are to be paid for: detention in quarantine of a consignment of plants, fruit or goods; the destruction or treatment of any plants, fruit, goods or pests; or the seizure of any plants, fruit or pests.
