Abstract

This Part of the Plant and Animal Quarantine Regulations of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) concerns the export of fresh fruit and vegetables and animal and animal products from the FSM. Various export requirements are specified, including issue of phytosanitary certificates and inspections. The Regulations also provide with respect to re-export of plants and plant materials, animals and animal products.
