Abstract

This chapter of the Indiana Code concerns plans for abatement or correction. The commissioner of the department of environmental management of Indiana must approve all plans and specifications for abatement or correction of any polluted condition. The department shall advise and consult, on request, with any person planning any correction or prevention of any pollution condition of any water of Indiana.
