Abstract

These Regulations concern compensation in the case that a planning permission granted by a local planning authority is subsequently revoked or modified, or planning permission granted by a development order or a local development order is withdrawn. The Regulations make amendments, in respect of Wales, to section 108 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, regarding conditions for entitlement to compensation. The Regulations also confer powers upon the Welsh Ministers to prescribe, by Regulations, the types of development to which section 108 of the Act applies and some other matters regarding compensation.
