Abstract

This Act adds the definition of "simple development" in Section 3 of the Principal Act. Furthermore, this Act makes amendments in Section 11 on the appointment of Development Control Committee and other standing committees, Section 13 on the Departments and officers of the National Planning Authority, Section 15 on the functions of the Chief Building Officer and the Chief Enforcement Officer, and Section 60 on the protection of trees. Finally, this Act amends Schedule I regarding the appointment of the Chief Enforcement Officer to the National Planning Authority as ex officio member by adding Sub-clause 3A and regarding public officers in Clause 14.
