Abstract

Part 2 regulates activities on identified State land where identified State land means any land that is unallocated Crown land (within the meaning given by the Land Administration Act 1997), or that is vested in or owned by the Crown, the State or the Commission, and is reserved under a planning scheme for a public purpose; or is subject to an improvement plan in force under section 119. Among these activities the Regulations include: bring, allow or ride animals; protection of nature; rubbish disposal. Part 3 regulates subdivision and development control, Part 4 compensation and acquisition, Part 5 enforcement and legal proceedings, Part 7 local government planning charges.
