That provision empowers the Minister to grant, by Order, planning permission in respect of a class or classes of development specified in Schedule 2 Order. The Minister may give a direction that the permission shall not apply in respect of: (a) all or any development of the Part, class or paragraph; or (b) the change of use within the use class, specified in the direction. Some development concerns agricultural land as defined by the Protection of Agricultural Land (Jersey) Law 1964.
