Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to protect human beings and the environment against harmful effects resulting from the installation, the nature and operation of pipelines. The text consisting of 11 articles deals with the following matters: purpose of the Ordinance, sphere of application, basic requirements, other requirements, inspection by experts, experts in general, cases of damage, preventive measures to avoid damage, committee for pipelines, and penalties.
