Abstract

This Order requires a person keeping pigs on a holding to notify the Welsh Ministers, requires records to be kept and requires pigs to be marked with ear tags or tattoos. The Order specifies what these marks must contain, which varies in different circumstances, and deals with documentation necessary when pigs are moved.
