Abstract

This Act prohibits, subject to certain exceptions, the use, sale, manufacture or distribution for use or sale within the Commonwealth of any cleaning agent that contains any phosphates, expressed as elemental phosphorus. The Act shall not apply to a cleaning agent that is used for specified purpose including use in agricultural production. The Division of Environmental Quality shall adopt Regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
