Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 47 of the Pharmacy Act, requires any pharmacist who sells a substance listed in the Schedule to cause the purchaser of the substance to make an entry in the Poisons Book declaring that the substance shall not be used in animal production or aquaculture products. Any person who — (a) uses a substance in animal production or aquaculture products; or (b) makes a false statement for the purpose of obtaining the delivery of a substance, shall commit an offence.
