Abstract

This Act establishes the Pharmacy Board of Trinidad and Tobago for purposes of controlling the distribution of (veterinary) medicines in Trinidad and Tobago. All registered pharmacists shall be members of the Board. The Board shall be managed by the Council. The objects of the Council shall include: (a) to promote and encourage proper conduct amongst pharmacists; (b) to promote good relations between pharmacists and doctors; (c) to suppress illegal, dishonourable, improper and objectionable practices amongst pharmacists. The registrar appointed under this Act shall maintain a register of pharmacists.
