Abstract

This Order, made under the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, specifies, in the Schedule, countries for purposes of section 25. The countries listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated as approved countries for the purposes of that section, which allows only importation of medicines that are eligible to be placed on the market in those countries.
