It shall apply also to veterinary medicines. A Government Pharmacist designated by the Minister shall act as Registrar of the Board. The Board shall, among other things, exercise control over the manufacture, importation, distribution, sale and possession of any drug, poison, dangerous drug and psychotropic substance and register approved pharmacists.
