Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on 26 June 2012.
Abstract

These Regulations provide for the submission of an environment plan to ensure that petroleum activities are carried out in a manner that is consistent with the principles of ecologically sustainable development. The plan should incorporate appropriate environmental performance objectives and environmental performance standards, and measurement criteria for determining if those objectives and standards are met.
