Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that a holder of an enterprises of the mineral oil sector who extract, produce, process, deliver products listed in the Annex, can be obliged by the competent authority to: 1) dispose of certain products; 2) to extract, produce, load or transport products in pipelines in a certain way; 3) desist of certain actions. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Reservations in view of interventions (I); General management (II); Reporting requirements (III); Competences and final provisions (IV). One Annex is enclosed listing related products.
