The Regulations make provision with respect to a variety of matters including well drilling, the prevention of contamination of fresh water resources and marine waters, the recording of well samples, duties of a licensee incorporated in a license, use of the foreshore by licensees, (approval of) disposal of waste water, waste oil and refuse, use of freshwater resources by licensee, use of land under license required by the Governor-General for public purposes and prevention of damage to marine life.
