The Act provides for functions of the Commission, appointment of members and meetings, funds of the Commission, tax exemption, annual report, compliance and decisions of the Commission. The Act consists of 24 Articles divided into 4 Sections as Petroleum Commission, Administration, Finance of the Commission and Miscellaneous Provisions. One Schedule is attached to the Act.
