The Regulation applies to the following: a) the granting of an exploration licence under section 126 of the Act to explore for a storage reservoir; b) the granting of a lease of a storage reservoir under section 130 of the Act; c) the granting of a storage licence under section 131 of the Act for the development or use of a storage reservoir for the storage of petroleum or natural gas.
