Abstract The present Regulations were made under the Mineral Resources Act which was repealed. But these Regulations continue in force under the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to permit for the drilling of petroleum and natural gas, as well as to exploration licences.
