The present Regulation enters into force on 1 September 1982.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts Sections 40, 43, 47, 54 and 133 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the payment of fees for the issue or renewal of a permit. The text – consisting of 10 sections - deals, inter alia, with the following issues: annual rents work requirement for permittees, work in lieu, recording of work, petroleum and natural gas lease fees, petroleum and natural gas lease rentals and miscellaneous fees.
