Abstract

This Ordinance lays down measures for the destruction of pests affecting (wild) animals. It is in large part repealed by the Animal Welfare (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2012 but continues to prohibit the use of a rabbit infected with myxomatosis to spread the disease among uninfected rabbits.
