If a pesticide is imported for another organization, another organization, institution, institution, or person, the holder of the permit shall not dispose of the pesticide except to that organizations, institution, or person (reg. 6). An organization, institution, or pesticide restricted person for whom a pesticide is imported, to technical employees or a permit holder who imports a pesticide for his own use, shall not permit the pesticide to be used except by technical employees of the organization, institution, person, or permit-holder, as the case may be (reg. 7). If a pesticide imported under contaminated crops a permit has at any time been used on any short-term plant, the person entitled to the crop shall cause the whole crop harvested from the plant to be destroyed. If a pesticide imported under a permit has been used on any long-term plant, the person entitled to the crop shall cause all crop harvested from the plant within three months of the last application of the pesticide on the plant to be destroyed (reg. 8). Regulation 9 prohibits the use of crops treated with pesticides under these Regulations for food or animal feed.
